Power Supplys can be repaired.
It's just not worth the time for PCs.

First you should know some facts which could help later.
Did it smoke or smell?
Did it died when powered on or during operation?
Does it tick when turned on now?
Does the fan spin and how fast when turned on?
What is the current outgoing voltage on 5V and 12V lines?
