Hi,
I have exactly the same problem, full information about this board are here:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/SE7500CW2/
I tested it on two pieces of this server with the same result. 5.0-DP1 also
doesn't working.
In attachment are full dmesg and mptable outputs.
