No.  The 2.2.7-RELEASE did not have drivers for the 905B.  This was
recently intregrated into the -stable branch of development.

No need to do this.  Simply download the latest release off of
releng22.freebsd.org.  It should include the new xl driver developed by
Bill Paul.
