It can be found at ftp;//ftp.cdrom.com:config

Since so many people ask us about the configuration of ftp.cdrom.com,
here's the scoop:

ftp.cdrom.com is an Intel architecture PC machine running the FreeBSD
operating system.

Its configuration is as follows:

ASUS PCI/I-P54TP4 motherboard w/100Mhz Pentium, 512k cache
128MB of main memory (60nsec "wide" SIMMS).
3 Adaptec AHA-2940 SCSI controllers (PCI)
1 Compex ENET32 (DC21040 based) 32bit ethernet (PCI)
1 Generic VGA card
14 attached SCSI drives of various types, typically 2.7GB & 4.3GB.

The machine is housed in a industrial rack mount chassis with one CPU
cabinet and three disk drive cabinets.

Average number of users logged in at any point in time seems to
hover around 300, though it can peak as high as 350 during rush
hour.
