The modula-3 port should have installed a script "50.m3.sh" in
"/usr/local/etc/rc.d":
#!/bin/sh
echo -n ' Modula-3'
/sbin/ldconfig -m /usr/local/lib/m3/FreeBSD2
Is it there? Try running it by hand (as root), and see if that
fixes the problem. Please let me know what happens.
