The C800 uses a 15" UXGA LCD where the C600 uses a 14.1" TFT.  I know the
C800 uses the new ATI chipset (I just ordered one with 32MB) where I think
the C600 still uses the Mobility Pro.  My CPx H (Mobility Pro, 14.1" TFT)
works fine with 4.2-R though, so even if you have to reconfigure, you'll
be fine.
