And the answer is... update your port files.  The port files, i.e. 
/usr/ports/audio/rsynth/* have been updated to pick up the 2.0 port.

This should be available on FreeBSD.org or you can sup it, if you do that
kind of thing.  Unfortunately the ports change faster than the releases 
as new ports are added and old ports are updated to new versions of
released software.
