Thanks to yamamoto-san's pointer, I now have this, or something very similar. This part looks like a bog standard 82365, except for how it does 3.3V and Vpp (which is really the only interesting way in which these parts vary). It looks like yet another variation, different from the DF step, the cirrus logic way and the vadem way. Oh joy.
