Hmmm I have never been able to get sound working with quake...

But my NVIDIA based card wasnt supported ether, so I didnt
try to hard with the sound since I couldnt run in openGL :(

But NVIDIA support is coming (nvidia.netexplorer.org) so I
might look into it again, though Tribes2 looks like a good
game that could benifit from some FreeBSD power :)
