OK, here's what I've since discovered: There's definitely a problem with some of the ports and C++ linkage. For some reason, they're wanting to use /usr/local/lib/libstdc++.so instead of /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.3. Adding a symlink from /usr/lib/libstdc++.so to the library under /usr/lib seems to have solved that problem. But why aren't these ports configuring with the proper library? It's very odd. -- Conrad Sabatier <conrads@cox.net> The 80's -- when you can't tell hairstyles from chemotherapy.
