It looks to me like you did a CVSup update using cvs mode (no "tag" or "data" specification in your cvsupfile), and spammed your /usr/src tree with a bunch of RCS files. I'd suggest that you study the CVSup tutorial in the FreeBSD Handbook, the CVSup FAQ at <http://www.polstra.com/projects/freeware/CVSup/>, and the cvsup(1) manual page.
