No. Not out of the box. ISDN leased lines (called D64S here) are just one
or two never disconnected B-channels; the D-channel is completely missing
(not missing, but without any functionality).

What has to be done to support it is to introduce a configuration switch
into i4b which disables the complete D-channel handling of i4b.

It should be not that difficult to do.
