That pkg list looks like a WITH_NEW_XORG list.
I assume based on your comments that the list is different
than when you had the original problem (that the cairo
downgrade fixed).

For your new problem (now that you have built
ports WITH_NEW_XORG):
 - no mouse / keyboard - commonly hal problems, or
     if you intentionally don't use hal:
      http://www.wonkity.com/~wblock/docs/html/aei.html
     or you can use the newer devd backend that's developing
 - display garbled / locks up - try running without
    an xorg.conf; try disabling acceleration - I'm not
    the best person to help debug those issues.
