Yes, this issue has been done to death on the lists quite recently.  You
are trying to install packages compiled for a newer version of the OS
than you have installed.  As you have discovered, this is not guaranteed
to work, and you should update your machines to a currently supported
release if you want to carry on using the FreeBSD supplied packages.
