I am not sure what could cause this. I don't see much changes to that code
except r272089 (from Sean - cc'd). But I don't think can be a cause of your
crash.=20

Unsure if any change in igb can cause this.

You are reporting that this worked fine on 9.3. Is it possible for you to
further bisect this? Try 10.1 or 10.2 and see?
