Short of asking upstream to add requests 2.x support to its 1.1 branch, I d=

think there's much we can do here. If nothing is done, its quite likely that
this port will eventually be deprecated anyway.

On that note, upstream appears to have released version 2.0.x of this softw=

(which is NOT backward compatible, and I see no mention of requests in any
*_requires lines in setup.py (either required or optional)
