FreeBSD:13:amd64 in the quarterly repository, which is a default for RELEASE
versions of FreeBSD.=20

I can't find Signal Communicator.=20

When you find the FreshPorts page for the port, use the bug icons near the =
head
of the page.=20

(If you use FreshPorts to create a bug, it will be easier to triage.)
