The stable mailing list I guess might be of interest. /usr/src/UPDATING has info you should check after (or before using http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/) a source sync. All the commits to the source/doc/www/ports trees are sent to these lists. You can subscribe to these and see every file change(if that info is impor- tant to you) from http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo cvs-all CVS commit messages for the entire tree cvs-doc CVS commit messages for the doc and www trees cvs-ports CVS commit messages for the ports tree cvs-projects CVS commit messages for the projects tree cvs-src CVS commit messages for the src tree What do you want to know about? Stability fixes? Security fixes? The project's homepage has "SECURITY ADVISORIES" and "ERRATA NOTICES" you should check every now and then... Cause since 6-STABLE is a branch, will get every other day a fix or two, which in most cases will make minimal difference to the user's eye. http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/freebsd-glossary.html#POLA-GLOSSARY
