;) ... found it much easier to get sppp running, since there is a nice
howto for it.

I found the problem. It was my fault.
I set "local-phone-incoming" (the dialed number) to contained the
dial-prefix for the town. After setting it to just the plain phone-number
without prefix, it worked.
