I've looked through /usr/ports/UPDATING but can't find an entry that is relevant to the situation (the closest thing was updating the mime-database). First things first I did a portupgrade -f shared-mime-info Then I ran update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime/ as well as update-mime-database /usr/local/share/mime but I still have the same error. --- Jeremy Messenger <mezz7@cox.net> wrote: > On Wed, 17 Sep 2008 07:56:55 -0500, Mark Evenson > <mark.evenson@gmx.at> > wrote: > > > Jeremy Messenger wrote: > >> On Tue, 16 Sep 2008 09:57:03 -0500, Mark Evenson > <mark.evenson@gmx.at> > >> wrote: > >> > >>> Dan Reinholz wrote: > >>>> Since updating to the latest revision of Evince > (to > >>>> 2.22.2_3 from 2.22.2_2) I am no longer able to > open > >>>> .pdf files.
