Yes.  You can do regex in make(1) using :C/// var modifier.  Currently
this is only available in -current, and has been there barely 24 hours.
I was planning to MFC it at BSDCon (among other make(1) things I'm going
to fix later tonight or tomorrow) to RELENG_[43] and possibly
RELENG_2_[2,1_0].
