Last time I checked www.motherboardx.com still sold Tyan and Supermicro Ppro
motherboards and Cpu's.  They have ppro motherboards in at and atx form
factor

Ditto here. :-)  I think I'd go for a oc'ed Celeron 300A, though.  Or
one of the new 400MHz Celerons that Intel's announced.
