Yes, I'm setting the sc0 flags after doing a boot -c.  The machine as 12MB
of memory and a 340MB drive.  At one time I was running 2.2.5 on this
machine and the sc0 flags worked on that release, but not this one.

You are setting flags 0x10 on the sc0 line?  What other hardware
information can you give (memory, disk, etc...)
