I bought my first computer (AMD-K6) in February and became interested in installing Free BSD. After downloading the boot.flp file I noticed the file was 1.40 MB. But when I formatted my 1.44 MB disk, it only leaves 1.38 left over, and i am unable to transfer it to my disk. I have access to 2.0 MB disks, and 1.0 GB SparQ disks, but the FAQ says BSD requires 1.44 MB disks. What am I doing wrong?
Thank You Very Much.
