Subject:   Cant download Freebsd Current from the Ftp site

I have problems downloading the Freebsd OS from the Ftp site, Ftp://current.freebsd.org/pub/freebsd, its says something like "Section Start denied", i have the spanish version of microsoft Explorer 4.01, what
might be the problem and how i can resolve it?
