I  have  a  question,                

I  just  had  a  computer  built  and  have  only  had  it  a  couple  of  weeks,
It  freezes  up  quite  frequently  and  I  have  to  turn  it  off  and  back  on  again.
At  times  it  will  just  black  out  as  If  someone  pulled  the  plug  on  it.
When  I  try  to  go  anywhere  on  the  internet  it  will  either  say,  cannot  find
page  or  it  will  start  to  find  page  and  just  quit.      It  has  also  affected  my  
e-mail  as  to  where  it  is  very  difficult  to  send  or  recieve  mail  and  at  times
it  will  double  every  message  on  the  incoming  mail.

I  have  talked  to  a  few  people  about  what  I'm  experiancing  and  have  been
told  that  it  sounds  like  I  have  a  cheap  modem,   Also  I  had  it  looked  at
and  was  told  that  my  graphics  card  was  overheating.      If  you  could  help
me  in  any  way  I  would  greatly  appriciate  it,      Thank's,
