Greg, One big step forward, but still not work, the problem is very strange, following are the messages: /boot/kernel/kernel: pccard: card inserted, slot 0 pccardd[163]: Card "Iomega"("PCMCIA to 16 bit ATAPI Adapter")[(null)][(null)] matched "Iomega"("PCMCIA to 16 bit ATAPI Adapter") [(null)][(null)] ata2 at port 0x240-0x247,0x24e irq3 slot 0 on pccard0 afd0: 239MB<IOMEGA ZIP 250 ATAPI> [239/64/32] at ata2-master BIOSPIO pccardd[163]: I/O base address changed from 0x0 to 0x240 pccardd[163]: ata2: Iomega (PCMCIA to 16 bit ATAPI Adapter) inserted. **this time will hang the cursor over here, and I forced to press [Enter] to return to alex# and mount with following commad: mount -t msdos /dev/afd0s1 /mnt a error message "msdos: /dev/afd0s1: Invalid argument" The front part is looking fine, Do you have any idea to fix that? (I have checked my kernel, it supported ide floppy, also the /dev have the afd0 and afd0s1) P.S. I have re-build the kernel, but the MELCO LP3-TX still not worked, If someone have this card and can make it work, please let me know your pccard.conf. Thanks!
