Thanks for this hint ;-)

OK, now the kernel is built and installed, the line:

ifconfig_isppp0="inet 0.0.0.0 10.0.0.1 debug link1" (Have to figure the IP out)

is put in rc.conf. While booting, the lines:

	isic0 at 0xd80 irq 5 flags 0x4 on isa
	isic0: Teles S0/16.3
	isic0: ISAC 2085 Version A1/A2 or 2086/2186 Version 1.1 (IOM-2) (Addr=0x960)
	isic0: HSCX 82525 Version A3 (AddrA=0x160, AddrB=0x560)
	[...]
i4b: ISDN call control device attached
	i4bisppp: 4 ISDN SyncPPP device(s) attached
i4bctl: ISDN system control port attached
i4bipr: 4 IP over raw HDLC ISDN device(s) attached
	i4btel: 2 ISDN telephony interface device(s) attached
	i4brbch: 4 raw B channel access device(s) attached
	i4btrc: 4 ISDN trace device(s) attached
IP packet filtering initialized, divert enabled, unlimited logging
	isppp0: lcp close(initial)

are displayed. Looks good, doesen't it ?

When I start

	/usr/local/bin/isdnd -d 0xf9

result in /var/log/messages is:

May 20 20:42:34 asterix isdnd[415]: DMN init_controller: controller 0 is Teles S0/16.3
May 20 20:42:34 asterix isdnd[415]: DMN init_controller: found 1 ISDN controller(s)
May 20 20:42:34 asterix isdnd[415]: DMN daemon started (pid = 415)

OK. Then I start sPPP:

	spppcontrol isppp0 myauthproto=pap myauthname="MYLOGIN" myauthsecret="MYPASS"
	ifconfig isppp0 up

I don't know what to do else, but the following

	root@asterix[0]~ # ping www.seicom.net
ping: cannot resolve www.seicom.net: Host name lookup failure

fails :-(

Did I forget something ?

Ciao
Stefan
