what does it mean when you get memory denied hits in netstat -m
root@cjhost:/home/ircd# netstat -m
109/19584/34816 mbufs in use (current/peak/max):
85 mbufs allocated to data
24 mbufs allocated to packet headers
4/8704/8704 mbuf clusters in use (current/peak/max)
22304 Kbytes allocated to network (0% in use)
16040 requests for memory denied
0 requests for memory delayed
0 calls to protocol drain routines
