Intersil cards 'not associated' signal rate always shows 0 quality, 27 link
strength and 27 noise., the current BSS will also show as 44:44:44:44:44:44
at this time.

Once you successfuly associate with an AP, you'll notice the numbers will
show your current signal levels.
