>I'm quite serious. You, on the other hand, are making excuses to ignore what >people in this newsgroup are saying. And since you're clearly connected to >the Internet, "living out in the boonies" is no excuse for your ignorance. I am more interrested in fact rather than opinion. If I knew I would tell you...but right now I am asking questions and questioning the source of some people....so far I have got no concrete anything in reply...just personal attacks on me and my credibility. I can only state what I know...how about showing me more? >Hmmm.... Didn't Microsoft recently launch a so-called "grass roots" campaign >in which it planned to plant supportive messages in newsgroups and on mailing >lists? What have you received from Microsoft to be part of this campaign? What Microsoft does is none of my business. I receive noting from MS except a free subscription to MS magazine for registering my Office 97. Worthless in any case....I see it as nothing more as a advertising opportunity from MS...it gets tossed most of the time. And for the record...I am a FreeBSD user and own a copy of the 4 disk set with book sold my WalnetCreek. I have nothing against FreeBSD or any of the users here. I am only here because I am very new to this and need occasional help. I only got into this because I saw the thread and wanted to express my opinion and learn more about this. It was your messages that got my attention as to how serious this dispute really. Any further attacks? |I can take them all day...but prefer real conversation.
