What are you trying to do/say?
192.168.1.1/24{3,5,9} translates to 192.168.1.1/243, 192.168.1.1/245 or
192.168.1.1/249.
All of which are illegal, /xx cannot exceed 32 in value (32 bits to a IPv4
internet address). Hence
the "bad width" error message.
