Cvsup'ed last night (11/19), and was performing the installworld today (after
building while I was asleep):

install -o root -g wheel -m 444 awi.4.gz /usr/share/man/man4
install: awi.4.gz: No such file or directory
*** Error code 71
Stop in /usr/src/share/man/man4.
*** Error code 1
I'll try re-cvsup-dating ("re-cvs-updating"? :-) and rebuilding to double-check.
For what it's worth, the source to the manpage is present in the source tree:
22-sec# find /usr/src -name awi\*
/usr/src/share/man/man4/awi.4
/usr/src/sys/compile/SEC/awi.h
/usr/src/sys/dev/awi
