Hi, I just installed freebsd3.0 on a fujitsu 4 Gig HDD. with an Adaptec-2940UW SCSI controller. Everything installed fine, but when i rebooted the machine i get this error coming up all the time. sd0: HARDWARE FAILURE asc:c4,d VENDOR SPECIFIC ASC, FAILURE I have no idea what it could be.
