It appears that this is the culprit.... .if !defined(NOPRECIOUSMAKEVARS) -------------->>>>>>>>>>> .for softvar in CKSUMFILES _MLINKS .if defined(${softvar}) __softMAKEFLAGS+= '${softvar}+=${${softvar}:S/'/'\''/g}' This is due to the amount of mlinks in Makefile.man for XFree86-4. I am not sure of the consequences of taking _MLINKS out of the above piece of code, because it might break something else, but it should fix this problem. Anyone with more knowledge of ports care to step in? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jordan Hubbard" <jkh@osd.bsdi.com> To: <ports@freebsd.org> Sent: Sunday, June 03, 2001 2:09 PM Subject: Fw: -current build report for Sun Jun 3 03:10:21 CDT 2001 > Gack? > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
