I'm having trouble with a messy screen in X, and the video card
tech people suggest excluding A000-C7FF as they can be excluded
in the DOS/Windows memory management line in the config.sys file.

The installation is 2.0.5, generic kernel. Does this already
avoid writing to the A000-C7FF area, or is there something I could
add that would do this?

Thanks very much--

Annelise
