One of the first commits to if_wx.c after the freeze was significant and
required changes to the Makefile which haven't been done yet.  It's going to
be fixed soon, but the maintainer of the Makefile hasn't got to it yet.

For now, just add 'device miibus' to your kernel config and the problem
should go away.
