I don't know (but would like to > learn) how to better diagnose that kind of behavior. You need to add options PCI_ENABLE_IO_MODES to your kernel config. Warner would be able to explain why better, but from memory it's because the pcic is on a subordinate pci bus which is requesting an IO range that is odd for some reason. After adding this, I was able to insert and remove my Dell TrueMobile 1150 pccard, which is a rebadged Lucent Orinoco Gold. I haven't got an access point yet so I haven't been able to test it properly. I'm hoping to do so at BSDcon. =3D) --=20 Benno Rice benno@jeamland.net --=-sabCxyFArBDTcU5xwqfW Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEABECAAYFAjxhyd0ACgkQXjRwWofFmQkSGQCeKnAJ9PjQsOr72wBBeQessHgF 9NQAn3D8xqJObUba+NKoX5HHpScMseCY =JzFt -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-sabCxyFArBDTcU5xwqfW-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
