Hi, I have FreeBSD installed on a machine that i intend to use as a gateway. I have a 3C905 that is detected and working correctly. I have recompiled a custom kernel to add support for the second NIC in the machine which is a VIA Rhine II based D-Link board. Everything boots up fine with the custom kernel except that i get the error message: vr0: <VIA VT6120 Rhine II 10/100 BaseTX> at device 14.0 on pci0 vr0: couldn't map ports/memory device_probe_and_attach: vr0 attach returned 6 I also have a RealTek board which gives a similar message when it is installed with or without the Rhine board. I have tried moving the boards to different pci slots with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Sencerly, Alex Stephen alex.stephen@utoronto.ca To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
