I used to be able to issue the command: mount -t smbfs -o username=jonr, password=password, uid=jon, gid=jon //server/share /mnt/shared This has always worked before but now on freebsd4.8 the -o is no longer an option. How can I connect and set the uid, gid? I have read the mount_smbfs man page and see an -O option but I don't understand how to make it do what I want. Can someone help me finger this out? -- Jon Reynolds <jonr@destar.net>
