I noticed that I built firefox with -O2, which isn't supported. Probably, building it with -O will result in a working firefox.=20 Anyway, if that matters: I rebuild it (again, with -O2 and debug) and here is a backtrace: (gdb) bt #0 0x28ab00ab in pthread_testcancel () from /usr/lib/libpthread.so.1 #1 0x28aa8510 in pthread_mutexattr_init () from /usr/lib/libpthread.so.1 #2 0x00000000 in ??
