Hi,
I have a question - I've been writing some bluetooth protocol code for
NetBSD and one of the devices I have is the 3Com PC Card so I have a
driver for that based on the FreeBSD and BlueZ drivers.

Regarding the firmware copyright inclusion issue, I was wondering if 3Com
had ever been asked for permission to redistribute the firmware code with
a BSD system, or if it was just taken that they would not?

iain
