Quoth Mike on Thu, 25 June:
: we're running a fairly-recent 3.0-CURRENT snap with a SMP kernel...
: We're currently supporting ~10,000 users. We distribute DNS,
: mail, radius, ftp and http tasks across these boxes on a 24x7 basis.

This kind of stability in a snap is more the exception than the rule,
so perhaps you could be kind enough to report the specific version?
Others may wish to try it, as a presumed local optimum.
