I've been told that README.html files are not part of the ports, but
are to be generated by "make readmes".

I just did a cvsup and the following happened:

 Delete ports/security/seahorse/README.html
 Delete ports/sysutils/obliterate/README.html

That seems counter to the assertion that these files are not part of
the ports collection.  They should be left alone.
