From the mptable that people are posting: MP Config Base Table Entries: -- Processors: APIC ID Version State Family Model Step Flags 0 0x14 BSP, usable 15 2 4 0x3febfbff 6 0x14 AP, usable 15 2 4 0x3febfbff -- I've never seen an MP box where the AP is at physical id 6. Is it possible our AP spinup code has never been tried with CPUs at anything other than the next physical id (eg, 1)?
