Doesn't revision 1.12 always follow 1.11? "Fixed in ..." is more readable. Most users will see at most the final source file and won't want to know where it was in ncvs. The won't be able to see the Id in too many cases. man.c doesn't have one, at least in revision 1.11 :-).
