Another probably bad idea.
How about a stable branch as now. With bugfixes and choice bits from
the -current tree.
When the next release is deemed stable we throw out the whole src/
tree, download a new base and makes "make upgrade", "make world".
This way it's not necessary to make a merge between the -stable and
-current trees.
