I've never tried a Tyan, but have heard good things about them. I have heard of people successfully using SuperMicro P6DNF boards. But, I've also heard of quality-control problems with SuperMicro. And, I personally have had a bad experience with them. I currently have an Asus single-processor P6NP5, that works quite excellently.
