Hello, I would like to propose a new mailing list. It would be called cvs-alert and wuold be for those times that someone makes a commit that requires either massive changes to way something is done or re-compiles of programs. Lets face it, when someone is getting all of the lists or a large sub-portion it can be hard to catch little messages at the end of commits telling you to do this or that. Yea or Nay?
