Subject:   *Domestic* version of Netscape/FreeBSD?

More and more interactive financial sites are requiring *domestic* level
encryption from browsers to permit on-line access of your account
information and / or credit card payments.

My recollection is that every FreeBSD port of Netscape issued has been "for
export" only.  Am I correct?  Is there any FreeBSD browser that would meet
this requirement?
